Breakthrough in Understanding of Heat Dissipation in Carbon Nanotubes
A team at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign has made a theoretical breakthrough in understanding how energy dissipates in a nanotube and what causes thermal breakdown in metallic carbon nanotubes [Phy.
